I have been training with Harriet since September 2018 and from the offset I’ve been impressed by her passion, knowledge and ability to connect with clients – she is an excellent motivator and brilliant at explaining how and why you should follow her guidelines. I initially started sessions with Harriet to specifically improve my fitness for a charity cycling challenge in the mountains and despite being an experienced rider she managed to significantly improve my performance with her bespoke programme. On the back of the amazing results I now continue to work with her to improve my overall fitness.
