
BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS
As much as I will always try to help clients out and be as accommodating as possible, please appreciate I am a small business and need to protect myself accordingly. Please therefore have a read of the terms and conditions before booking with me.

Personal Training:
Sessions booked as a block are to be used within the time frame specified on the pricing page (extra week added to these if a week is missed due to me).
24 hours notice is to be given to cancel a session or it will count as a paid for session. If using a studio space, the cost of this will also be charged unless 24 hours notice is given.
Session length is 1 hour, or 55 minutes if using a studio; if the client is late the session will still finish at the designated time.

Zoom Classes:
Classes are booked on a block basis; this ensures the viability of them. All classes have an option to book with a planned week off - so long as I am notified of this at the time of booking. If you unexpectedly end up missing more, you are welcome to join another Zoom class to make one up, though please note the classes do vary. Classes cannot be rolled over to the following month unfortunately.

Harri T Hit-Starter:
Classes are booked on a block basis. It's hugely beneficial for each participant as they see their technique improve, particularly with the padwork. Due to limited places, there is not the opportunity to plan for an absence, though you can send someone else in your place. Classes cannot be rolled over to the following month but if you miss a class and would like to attend a Zoom class please ask about this.
